Terms of Service

These are the plain-language terms that govern buying from Apex Auto Store: who the seller of record is, what an order covers, what your rights are, and how disputes get resolved. The legal language is the short version of what the Privacy Policy and Returns Policy spell out in detail.

  1. The seller of record. The seller is Apex Auto Store. Every order, return, refund, and customer-support reply is on us; the supplier on each SKU picks, packs, and ships the order on our behalf.
  2. Order acceptance. An order becomes binding once we confirm the payment and the supplier prints the shipping label. We may cancel before then if a SKU is genuinely out of stock or mispriced; any payment is refunded in full.
  3. Pricing & taxes. Prices are listed in USD and exclude state sales tax where it applies; tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free over $50 to US addresses.
  4. Returns. Covered by the Returns Policy: 30 days from delivery, no restocking fee, no fine print.
  5. Dropshipping transparency.Items ship from the supplier on each product’s spec sheet, not from an Apex Auto Store warehouse. See the FTC Dropshipping Disclosures for the full per-product list.
